We are thrilled to announce an exciting update to the Hireology Onboarding experience!

Digital onboarding will feature a brand-new, intuitive, and visually enhanced design. This update retains all the great features you love while making it even easier for you and your new hires to navigate the onboarding process. 

Here’s what you can expect:

📱Mobile-Friendly Experience: Our new design is optimized for mobile devices, allowing your new hires to complete onboarding steps on the go.

Enhanced Usability: An intuitive interface ensures a smoother, faster onboarding process.

🤩Same Great Features: Continue to enjoy features such as customizable onboarding processes, automatic reminders, and seamless integration of personal contact information, bank details, tax forms, and employment verification.

Fixes 🧰

  • An issue where offer letters with attachments showed duplicate attachments or new attachments were not included has been fixed.

  • Time logs for messages sent/received on the mobile app are now accurate.

  • Location access to email templates has been corrected.

  • The phone number field will now limit the user to 10 digits as expected when adding a candidate manually.

  • Candidate history tab will no longer show "advanced to candidate" after an interview is completed.

  • When disposition codes are required, users will no longer be able to bypass selecting a reason for declining.

  • You can now add or edit custom disposition codes with the edits saving as expected.

  • The locations overview will showcase the correct amount of open jobs at location accounts as expected.

  • When reapplying to a job, duplicate applicants will show a "duplicate" icon as expected.

  • You can send out text message campaigns via Hireology Referrals as expected.

  • Pre-screen survey status will show correctly as "Sent" when it has been sent out and "Send" when the candidate has not received the survey.

  • Formatting when printing an interview has been corrected.

  • An error when editing a default prescreen survey or interview that caused the "save and exit" button to be disabled has been corrected.

  • Applicant documents will be attached and load correctly when sharing candidate information via the "share" button.

  • Edits to the order of your job listings on your career site will now show edits.

  • The automated message received after an applicant uses TextApply or applies via a QR code thanking them for applying has been fixed.
